Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent process for returns and refunds while maintaining product quality and safety for all customers.

How to Start a Return
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
To request a return:

Include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
If applicable, please include clear photos of the product or packaging.
Once your return is approved, we will provide:
- the return address
- return instructions
- any applicable return label
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- All seals must remain intact
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used consumable products.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (customer change of mind): Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products: Trimara will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label where appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the product
- photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received:
- The item will be inspected
- Your refund will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout
Your bank or payment provider may take 3–10 additional business days to complete the transaction.
Subscription Orders
Some Trimara products may be available through a subscription option which allows customers to receive automatic recurring deliveries.
Subscriptions are optional and customers may choose to activate a subscription when placing an order on our website.
Subscriptions can be managed at any time. Customers may:
- Cancel their subscription
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Update their delivery details
Trimara subscriptions are powered by the Subi subscription platform.
After placing a subscription order, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing a secure link that allows them to access their subscription management portal.
To manage a subscription, customers must use the same email address used when placing the original order. Through the subscription portal, customers can cancel or modify their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Subscription Refunds
You have two options to avoid or recover a subscription charge:
- Cancel before your next billing date. If you cancel your subscription before the next scheduled billing date, you will not be charged for the upcoming order. Cancellations can be made at any time through the subscription portal, or by contacting our support team at support@trimara.co.uk.
- Refund within 48 hours of being billed. If your subscription has already been billed and you wish to request a refund, please contact us at support@trimara.co.uk within 48 hours of the billing date. Refund requests received within this 48-hour window will be processed in full to your original payment method.
Refund requests made more than 48 hours after the billing date cannot be guaranteed, and the order will be fulfilled and delivered according to our Shipping Policy. In that case, the order may still be returned after delivery in line with the standard return conditions in this policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.
UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
