This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the Trimara website are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.

All products sold through this website are provided under the Trimara brand. We aim to provide a clear and transparent delivery process so customers understand how and when their order will arrive.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

Standard UK Delivery: £3.99

Free Delivery:
We offer Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £25.

The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing (Handling Time)

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)

Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Handling Time:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes (Transit Time)

Transit Time:
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total Delivery Time:
From the moment an order is placed to delivery, the estimated timeframe is 7–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, public holidays, seasonal demand, or operational disruptions outside our control.

Carriers and Order Tracking

We work with established UK carriers, which may include:

• Royal Mail
• Evri
• Yodel

The carrier used may vary depending on parcel size, delivery location, and logistics requirements.

Tracking information will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days after dispatch, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the courier.

Where appropriate, a replacement or refund may be arranged in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

We cannot be responsible for delivery delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the order once the parcel is received back.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the damaged product

Once verified, a replacement or refund will be arranged in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
